Francois Marchio has been named vice president of the pigments division of EMD Chemicals, Inc. Mr. Marchio will be responsible for the automotive, industrial and cosmetic pigment product lines, as well as the cosmetic skin care ingredients, optics and liquid crystal businesses in North America.
